Restaurant of the Week: The Hash Kitchen

The Hash Kitchen is a creative brunch concept at The Shops at Gainey Village in Scottsdale, offering a DIY Bloody Mary bar and unique dishes.

Serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, The Hash Kitchen is bright and friendly. Menu items you likely won’t find on any other brunch menu include lump crab and sweet potato hash, coconut and almond encrusted French toast, lemon and ricotta pancakes and herb fried chicken and waffles. If you prefer the basics, they also serve up your standard eggs Benedict, corned beef hash and biscuits and gravy.

Lunch items include sandwiches, salads and burgers. Some of the stand out items are the lump crab louie salad, the quinoa burger and a pastrami sandwich.

The Hash Kitchen also has a special menu that changes periodically. A couple of our favorites from the current special menu are the Nutella donuts and the green chile pork waffle.

Make sure to save room for their DIY Bloody Mary bar, which is the centerpiece in the restaurant. Here you will find various in-house infused vodkas including bacon and jalapeño and over 50 premium toppings from mini cheeseburger sliders to king crab.
