Inspired by ramen shops in Japan, where ramen is a staple, the menu is simple yet offers much to choose from. You won’t be disappointed with the fresh ingredients and variety of flavors.

Each ramen bowl comes with bamboo shoots, scallions, spinach, carrot flowers, naruto (fish cake) and nori (seaweed), with rice, vegan and gluten free substitutes. You can top it off with your choice of chicken, tofu, spam, or a variety of other protein options to make your bowl unique and delicious.

If you aren’t up for creating your own ramen bowl, there are also daily chef’s special you can choose from. They also offer appetizers to sample such as seaweed salad, Japanese snack mix, edamame and kimchi.

This lively spot in downtown Tempe is a great spot for a bite to eat with friends.
