Fox Restaurant Concepts continues to expand and open the hottest spots around town, with the latest being a new Zinburger location at Scottsdale Quarter.
The best place to grab a milkshake or glass of wine and a Certified Angus burger, you will want to check this spot out. With a country modern feel, a large picture of cows in grass greets you, light colored wood and an open feel from the front to the bar invites you in to sit and stay awhile.
Our sampling of the menu was varied and extremely satisfying. For starters, we tried the Zucchini Fries, lightly breaded and cooked perfectly, and served with a side of ranch.
For a taste of greens, we tried the Kale Caesar salad with Tuscan kale, herb bred crumbs, pecorino cheese and Caesar dressing. It was a great refreshing addition to the burger.
We tried The Ringer burger with applewood-smoked bacon, Frank’s red hot, onion rings, pepper jack cheese and mayo. The combination of flavors with the hot sauce was sensational! Not too spicy and full of flavor.
For cocktails we tried the Raspberry Acai Margarita with VeeV acai and zingria float. We also tried the Pomegranate Ginger Mule with Goslings ginger beer, and pomegranate. Both were refreshing and tasty.
Zinburger wouldn’t be Zinburger without trying a shake or pie. We tried the Rich Chocolate Cream pie, which was truly rich and delicious. And I look forward to going back to try a shake next time!
