Hop Social Tavern is a fun new restaurant in Chandler that has lots to offer for all beer lovers, with 52 beers on tap, and food lovers, with everything locally sourced and made from scratch.
We were in awe of the menu, with its vast offerings from soups and salads, Asian inspired dishes, Grandma’s traditional classics like pot pie (Mother’s recipe used), to sandwiches and grilled items.
Our must try recommendation is the Buttermilk Battered Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich. Made with country gravy like Grandma’s, and crispier and juicer than any other chicken ever tasted. It is certainly large enough to share, but you might be fighting over the last piece too.
You’ll want to make sure you leave room for dessert like the Hot Scratch Made Donuts. These melt-in-your-mouth donuts are made with ricotta, vanilla and cinnamon, and served with house-made caramel sauce. Your mouth will love you for the flavor combination, and melting delicious party going on.
We are already looking forward to our next visit to try more dishes.
