For casual bites and refreshing summer-friendly sips, Red Allen’s Bar & Grill hosts Mug Club Mondays with $4 draft refills and 20 percent off food for members (6 to 9 p.m.), as well as Beer & Burger Thursdays, featuring a craft burger and draft beer pairing for $20 (11 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Popular burger options include the Arizona, with roasted poblanos, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, guacamole, and pepper jack, and the daring Peanut Butter & Jelly, topped with blackberry-jalapeño jelly, creamy peanut butter, bourbon bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
Because everything is better with a salt rim, The Wigwam Bar spices up midweek dining and takes Taco Tuesday up a notch with Taco & Tequila Tuesdays. The Wigwam summer dining special offers $10 margaritas, a $12 taco plate, and the option to add a margarita flight for $10. The offering is available from 5 to 7 p.m., just in time to admire the cotton candy-colored sunset with a drink in hand.
