Sundance Golf Club Unveils The 19th Hole Restaurant

Golfers at Buckeye’s Sundance Golf Club have more to look forward to than just a great game. The club has introduced its newest restaurant, The 19th Hole, promising an elevated dining experience under the leadership of Chef Laura McMillin.

The 19th Hole is a full-service restaurant offering lunch, dinner and dessert options throughout the week, alongside a special brunch menu on the weekends. The menu features a blend of familiar favorites and globally inspired dishes.

“Being multi-faceted and quality-focused has allowed me to develop a menu that delivers exceptional dining experiences for our guests,” says McMillin in a recent press release, who brings more than 16 years of culinary leadership to her role. “We are thrilled to provide an elevated menu that offers a little something for everyone. We look forward to serving the community and visitors for many years.”

Diners can start their meal with appetizers such as Lucky’s smoked chicken wings or samosa nachos. Main courses feature a variety of hearty dishes such as fried chicken poutine, pan-seared Norwegian trout and tagliatelle verde. Pizza enthusiasts will delight in options ranging from the classic margarita to the unique Ooey Gooey, topped with mac and cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions and red sauce. The wedge salad, The 19th Hole cobb and the Caesar salad provide lighter options alongside crafted handhelds, including the Rueben sandwich, a flame-grilled burger and a classic hot dog.

Dessert offerings promise to satisfy any sweet tooth, with choices like the decadent Oreo ice cream cake with hot chocolate drizzle, bombolini (Italian strawberry-filled sugar-coated doughnuts) and powdered sugar-dusted beignets.

For those visiting on the weekends, brunch features fried chicken and waffles, the Hungover Burger, s’mores pancakes, chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy and chilaquiles rojos with a fried egg. Specialty cocktails, such as a lavender lemonade, alongside a variety of beer, wine and spirits, are available to complement any meal.

Chef McMillin emphasizes using locally sourced ingredients from vendors like Crow’s Dairy and Noble Bread, ensuring fresh, high-quality ingredients in every dish.

The 19th Hole at Sundance Golf Club is open Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with brunch served Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
