The Beverly on Main New Summer Menu & Cocktails

The Beverly on Main in Old Town Scottsdale unveiled exciting new summer menu items and cocktails, including new lighter fare and refreshing drinks.

Just in time for the scorching summer, The Beverly on Main is serving up some new menu items that are sure to keep its guests cool. Take any of the delicious tacos and turn it into a low-carb bowl, including skirt steak, Sonoran shrimp, chicken, impossible plant-based beef and Baja cod.

The Beverly on Main summer menu also offers a great selection of salads, such as a pear and kale salad with chicken and a keto salad with filet bites, bacon, hardboiled egg, Brussels sprouts and smoked gouda on a bed of lettuce and topped with almond caesar dressing. Also new this summer is the buffalo chicken wrap, made with fried buffalo chicken breast, flour tortilla, romaine lettuce, almond Caesar dressing and shaved parmesan cheese, served with fries.

Pushing Rope

Refreshing new seasonal cocktails making their debut at The Beverly on Main include Pushing Rope, a gin-based cocktail with cucumber, mint, simple syrup, brut champagne and garnished with a mint bundle and cucumber ribbon. Other thirst-quenching creations with clever names include Miss Peaches with Empress gin and Peach Liquid Alchemist; Pinkity Drinkity with Tito’s vodka, Coconut Liquid Alchemist and strawberry puree; and Snow Bunny with Tito’s vodka, Giffard Cacao and a lemon twist.

The Beverly on Main is open daily from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., with the kitchen open until 1:30 a.m., and is known to be one of the latest open kitchens in Scottsdale. Happy hour is offered Sunday to Thursday 4 to 7 p.m.
