Founded in the late 90s, Tiff’s Treats began when Tiffany Taylor, then 19, baked a batch of cookies as an apology for standing up Leon Chen on a date. That thoughtful gesture sparked the idea for warm cookie delivery, and the couple turned the concept into a thriving business. Now married, the Chens have grown Tiff’s Treats into a beloved brand with over 120 retail locations across multiple states, including Texas, Georgia, Colorado, California, and now Arizona.
The new expansion of the cookie empire includes delivery-only locations across the Valley, serving Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Phoenix Metrocenter.

The company, which started with just $20 and a dream, now boasts over 150 locations and continues to expand. The latest openings in Phoenix are part of the brand’s broader growth strategy, with plans to enter additional markets across the country throughout the year.
Phoenix locals can now order warm cookies from Tiff’s Treats any day of the week, with deliveries available from 10 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. The menu includes classic favorites like chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and monthly rotating flavors like white chip almond and sugar cookie with M&Ms.
