W Scottsdale Brunch at Cottontail Lounge

A brand-new Sunday brunch menu at Cottontail Lounge has made its debut at W Scottsdale, featuring delicious food, cocktails, entertainment and, of course, fun!

The brand new and thoughtfully designed menu by Sushi Roku’s Executive Chef Omar Bernal supports local vendors such as Noble Bread Bakery, along with fruits and vegetables from McClendon Farms. His inspiration for this menu focused on the seasonality of spring and summer, incorporating bright and flavorful ingredients with an emphasis on citrus.


Some of the lighter options on the menu include a beautiful acai bowl and an exotic fruit bowl. The Norwegian smoked salmon and avocado tartine is already a fan favorite, using Noble Bread and topped with heirloom tomato, purple radishes, lemon agrumato oil and pickled baby onions.


For more decadent dishes, try the French toast made with braided challah, seasonal berries, bourbon maple syrup and whipped vanilla chantilly cream or the B’BLT sandwich on a challah bun with turkey bacon, wild arugula, tomato, soft fried egg, cheese and avocado aioli served with a side of fries.


As if the delicious food wasn’t enough, the W Scottsdale Sunday brunch offers custom tableside mimosa service and Champagne specials, with a W-branded set of Chambong glasses to use to take your brunch to the next level.


Adding to the fun brunch atmosphere will be live DJ and musical acts, including well-known Rico Delargo and Violin Girl.

The W Scottsdale Sunday brunch will be available every Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by W Scottsdale’s iconic pool parties on the WET deck.
