Grab your greenery and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with whiskey tastings, corned beef and cabbage and plenty of family fun at these Valley hotspots.

Guests of Scottsdale’s Mavrix can enjoy Irish music, Whiskey Wednesday specials and green-lit bowling lanes for St. Patrick’s Day fun. (There will be Plexiglas barriers for maximum safety.) Plus, Mavrix will also host a free whiskey tasting session with in-house whiskey expert Joey Quatmann. Guests will receive samples and learn about a selection of preferred whiskeys from 4 to 6 p.m. 

Indulge in green beer, corned beef and cabbage, beef stew, Guinness on tap, Jameson Irish Whiskey and more all week long at Wally’s American Gastropub in Scottsdale. St. Patty’s Week at Wally’s takes place March 15 through March 20 with Irish-themed specials running all day.

Mediterra Bakehouse offers its Irish Soda bread for a limited time for $5.99. Made with whole-wheat flour, buttermilk, sea salt, golden raisins and caraway seed, it is available from March 13 to March 20 at the Uptown Farmer’s Market, Old Town Scottsdale Farmer’s Market, all Valley AJ’s Fine Foods, Whole Foods and other stores throughout the Valley.

Phoenix City Grille is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day by serving a special of house-braised corned beef with chipotle-dijon glaze, scalloped cabbage and roasted root vegetables.

Miracle Mile Deli

Miracle Mile Deli in Phoenix dishes up corned beef, cabbage, Irish potatoes and bread and butter for $15 all week long, starting March 15. Pair it with green beer for $6 a pint.

For a taste of the Emerald Isle, diners are invited to enjoy a traditional Irish meal (and drinks) at Match Market & Bar. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on March 17, guests can enjoy Jameson shots, green beer and corned beef sliders with swiss cheese, sauerkraut, horseradish aioli and pickles served on a sweet roll with a side of roasted vegetables.

Sister restaurants Cuisine & Wine Bistro, Copper & Logs and B Gastrobar pay homage to the Buschtetz family’s Irish ancestry with special food and drink offerings for St. Patrick’s Day. (Co-owner and operations manager Máiréad Buschtetz is a native of Ireland.) All three of their restaurants will pour the John Barry cocktail in honor of Máiréad’s father, with Tullamore Dew, peach liqueur, lemon and kiwi. Cuisine & Wine Bistro will offer Irish stew, an Irish soda bread board and sommelier Killian’s famous Irish coffee. Copper & Logs will offer traditional corned beef, corned beef mac and cheese and a corned beef pizza. At B Gastrobar, guests can order Irish stew pie and an Irish soda bread board.

Gabriella’s Contemporary American Cuisine in Scottsdale is getting into the spirit with special offerings on St. Patrick’s Day, including classic corned beef and cabbage and grilled chicken with Irish whiskey sauce.

Chompie’s

In honor of the holiday, diners can enjoy an all-you-can-eat Irish feast featuring Chompie’s famous corned beef, broiled red potatoes, cabbage and fresh-baked Irish soda bread for $23.99 per person. While this all-you-can eat special is available for dine-in only, a single-serving version of this meal, including Lovey’s Leprechaun Dessert, is also available for dine-in as well as take-out for $19.99. 

Pedal Haus is releasing a seasonal favorite just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. The Irish Stout is a traditional dry stout served on nitro for $6 a glass.

For those looking to get their “green on” in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, Kettle Heroes is offering 10 percent off its popular Hatch Green Chile Cheddar flavor all day on March 17. 

On St. Patrick’s Day, Los Sombreros will be offering green house margaritas for $5 and green Dos Equis Lager Draft for $3. Plus, all Los Sombreros carryout orders will be 20 percent off with code CARRYOUT. (Alcoholic beverages not available for carryout.)

Kelly’s at SouthBridge in Old Town Scottsdale invites patrons to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day responsibly at its St. Mulligan’s RE-DO Celebration from March 12 to March 17. Sip on green beer and Irish car bombs or dig into classic Irish menu items like corned beef sliders and banger hot dogs. Plus, enjoy the sounds of our resident DJ Rolemodel all weekend long.

From 7 to 11 a.m. on St. Patrick’s Day, Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen is offering a hearty breakfast of corned beef hash, featuring house-brined brisket, two poached, cage-free eggs and herb garden hollandaise. The hash also comes with an immune-boosting Mint & Celery Shooter. Later in the day, Weft & Warp invites guests to its newly launched happy hour dubbed Sundowner Hour from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. daily. On St. Patrick’s Day, Sundowner Hour specials include corned beef sliders and Wicked Leprechaun, a cocktail with melon liquor, vodka, lemon and orange juice.

STK Steakhouse

Get lucky at STK Steakhouse in honor of St. Patrick’s Day and enjoy $5 lil’ corned beef sliders and $7 Leprechaun Stiletto cocktails during happy hour from March 15 to March 21, 3 to 6:30 p.m. The sliders are available for dinner, takeout and delivery.

Thirsty Lion Gastropub offers a special menu that includes Irish favorites like traditional Scotch eggs, Irish Shepherd’s pie, corned beef mac and cheese and more. Plus, $1 of every flight of Irish whiskey, Irish Mule and Irish Old Fashioned will be donated to St. Baldrick’s Foundation now through March 17.

Downtown Rendezvous in Downtown Mesa is offering some St. Patrick’s Day cheer. Order a corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes, carrots, mustard and buttered rye bread with a 20-oz. fountain drink for $12.99. The special is available on St. Patrick’s Day for dine-in or takeout until 3 p.m., or while supplies last.

From March 13 through March 17 at Twin Peaks, all shots of Jameson will be $3.99 and, on the holiday itself, any guest who comes in wearing green will receive a free order of chips and queso.

On St. Patrick’s Day, AJ’s Bistro will serve three traditional Irish dishes including corned beef brisket with cabbage, red potatoes and Irish soda bread; Shepard’s Pie, served with Irish soda bread and two side items; and a hot corned beef sandwich with choice of side. The special menu will be served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Diners can also stop by AJ’s Boulangerie for Irish-inspired cakes and shamrock-shaped cookies. (These selections are popular and sell out quickly, so orders are recommended at least 24 hours in advance.)

Trapp Haus BBQ guests can take in some luck of the Irish with $3 green tea shots all day or Ruben sandwich for $12.50 on St. Patty’s Day. Diners will also savor Trapp’s take on traditional bangers and mash with the house-made Banger and Trapp, featuring a smoked hot link over crispy mashed potatoes topped with cheese, BBQ sauce and crispy onions for $12.99.

Crumbl Cookies is offering festive options like Lucky Charms, Key Lime Pie and Mint Brownie cookies from March 15 to March 20, with a too-cute Rainbow Sugar chilled sugar cookie topped with sweet almond frosting and a rainbow candy available March 17 only.
