Key to Strength Aids Arizona Women During Domestic Violence Awareness Month

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Arizona Facial Plastics and Sojourner Center have teamed up with Phoenix’s Charity Charms to raise awareness and funds through their Key to Strength program.

For every $50 donation made now through the end of October, you will receive a custom unisex key fob from Charity Charms as a thank-you gift which features charms from Sojourner Center and Arizona Facial Plastics.

“They are a tangible, meaningful memento of a generous donation,” says Kay McDonald, owner of Charity Charms. “They provide a wonderful talking point to start conversations and spread awareness for the charity. The Charity Charms keyfobs for the Key to Strength campaign feature a large key charm that says ‘strength,’ then four more charms that brand the campaign and acknowledge the collaborators. The fobs are unisex and feature a large lobster claw to attach to a purse, golfbag, or backpack.”

In addition, if you make a $50 donation in person at Phoenix-based Arizona Facial Plastics, you will receive $50 off your next service.

The goal is to raise $20,000 for Sojourner Center, a safe haven from domestic violence for women and their children in Arizona. Each $50 donation helps provide one night of safe shelter and services for a woman in need, including three warm meals, case management, workforce development case management, daily classes, traumatic brain injury assessment, and 24-hour access to pet companion shelter.

  1. Thank you FABAZ and Melissa Larsen for this wonderful coverage of our KEY to STRENGTH campaign.
It’s a WIN/WIN for all as the donation is 100% tax deductable and all proceeds benefit Sojourner Center.

A fun way to use ths GIVE and GET campaign is to engage your company and family to do a $500+ donation…and receive FOB as a great gift gift. 1 FOB for each $50.

Or, you can opt to donate the FOB to Sojourner Center to give to one of the women.
