The 20th annual Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame will honor its newest recipients as part of the 2011 Scottsdale Culinary Festival on Tuesday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m. at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Skybridge Campus in Scottsdale.
