Cody Walker is the co-founder of FuelFest, which roars into town Dec. 10 at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park. Walker is also the CEO of ROWW (Reach Out WorldWide), an organization that focuses on national disaster response and was founded by his late brother, Paul Walker.
