Julie Kessler is the founder of Scottsdale-based nonprofit, Oakley’s Oath. The nonprofit was established in 2021 after the accidental drowning of Kessler’s dog, Oakley. Today, Oakley’s Oath strives to protect children and pets from preventable accidents.
