At The Phoenician Spa, guests should allow themselves plenty of time to indulge in all that the spa has to offer, beginning with hot-and-cold contrast hydrotherapy. The Phoenician Spa ritual includes a detailed cycle: 5-minute sauna; 5-minute steam; 30-second cold shower; 5-minute rest; 10-minute Vitality Hot Tub; 30-second cool shower; and, finally, a 5- to 10-minute rest before your spa treatment for sipping complimentary infused water or tea. Each step of the spa ritual process has its own unique impact on the body–like relieving pain or flushing toxins–each building up to the scheduled spa treatment. Spa guests also have access to the post-treatment lounge area, as well as the rooftop pool for admiring views of Camelback Mountain and a healthy menu for poolside dining. From March 11 to March 14, guests are invited to book one of the following treatments and get the second at 40 percent off (can be used on your own or with a friend), plus a glass of Phoenician Gruet.
