National Pasta Day: Marcellino Ristorante Cooking Class

Marcellino Ristorante welcomes the fall and cooler temperatures a new series of cooking classes. Like everything affected by the pandemic, Chef Marcellino had to make some modifications to his cooking classes.
In the past, guests would sit at the Chef’s Island where they could get up-close and see how he prepared dishes. Now, because guests need to be socially distanced, they are seated in the main dining room.
“I am setting up a makeshift kitchen on a high table and guests will be socially distanced around me. They’ll be able to watch me prepare and cook different dishes each month,” Chef Marcellino says. “After the class, guests will enjoy the dish I prepared for lunch, a fresh organic salad, and my homemade biscotti.”

The cost is $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Marcellino Ristorante takes the health and safety of its guests and staff very seriously, and since the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant has updated its protocols to ensure that everyone who comes through their door feels welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of.
