Prep & Pastry Virtual Cooking Class

Prep & Pastry is hosting a FREE Zoom cooking demo on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 5pm, with chef Kyle Nottingham.

You can sign up for the class by messaging Prep & Pastry via Instagram (@prepandpastry) or by emailing admin@prepandpastry.com. All of the ingredients you will need to make the Springtime Carbonara can be picked up FOR FREE at Prep & Pastry locations in Scottsdale or Tucson or the Commoner & Co. in Tucson.

During the Zoom call, you can follow along with chef Kyle Nottingham to make the dish. Local vendors are providing produce, while Prep & Pastry is making the pasta in-house.

Again, the ingredient bags are all free and come with everything needed to make the pasta dish – this is thanks to a generous donation from The Polder Group at Summit Funding. The produce is being provided by Pivot Produce.
