Wellness guide Cortney Halstead will guide you through a 15-minute meditation focusing on mindfulness and breath control to enter you into a state of deep relaxation. Next is 45 minutes of sound healing, with the tones and vibrations of the gong and crystal bowl increasing lymph flow and blood circulation.
