The Merchantile Pop-Up Shop Series

Guests and locals can enjoy The Merchantile’s new monthly Pop-Up Shop at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown–taking place April 22, May 20 and June 24–during Boozy Brunch at the hotel’s Carcara restaurant.

The Merchantile hosts a monthly Pop-Up Shop series at Carcara during the restaurant’s new Boozy Brunch, where guests and locals will delight in Sonoran-inspired brunch plates and browse products from local shops, artisans and designers like Uptown Hippie, Iconic Arizona, Phoenix Supply Co., Scottsdale Candle Company and more. Shoppers will discover everything from home goods and beauty products to apparel and jewelry from a selection of The Merchantile’s 80-plus local vendors while meeting the talent behind the goods, enjoying live music, and savoring Boozy Brunch signature dishes and cocktails. The Merchantile’s local vendors will rotate each month so shoppers will discover something new at every Pop-Up Shop. The Pop-Up Shop series will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, May 20 and June 24, with future dates to be announced at a later date.

Carcara’s Boozy Brunch menu highlights include a savory Pop Tart with Schreiner’s bacon, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and pepper jelly; Espresso Bacon Jam Short Rib Wagyu Burger with Wisconsin cheddar, crispy opinion, garlic paprika aioli and an over-easy egg; and the Buddah Bowl with wild rice, brussels sprouts, avocado, rainbow chard, heirloom carrots, toy box tomatoes, and lemon pomegranate vinaigrette. Perfect for sharing, choose from signature Brunch Boards like the Batter Up with buttermilk pancakes, blood orange syrup, 1 Acre poppy seed-citrus marmalade whipped butter, caramelized bananas and pecans, berries, and whipped cream along with the Surf board featuring mini bagels, pastrami cured salmon and lox, cucumber, lemon caper cream cheese, and more. Signature cocktails include the Brunch Reviver made with Malfy Rosa Gin, Lillet Blanc, Orange Liqueur, and Absinthe Rinse along with loaded Bloody Mary made with Crater Lake Hatch Green Chili Vodka or Kurvball BBQ Whiskey, and topped with all the fixins.
