Uptown Plaza’s Fall Festival

Uptown Plaza is celebrating the spooky season with a Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The public is welcome to trick-or-treat at participating tenants and stop in the courtyard for face painting and balloon sculptures.
