ZuZu’s Taste of Argentina Dinner

ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho is hosting a special multi-course Taste of Argentina Dinner on Thursday, April 20, at 6 p.m.

Chef de Cuisine Alejo Candia and Pastry Chef Maria Arenas are a talented husband-and-wife duo who met in Argentina and bring a unique outlook to cuisine. Savor beautiful Argentinian wines and a multi-course menu of their design including a Trio of Empanadas, Grilled Beefsteak Tomatoes with quail eggs and capers, a Matrimonio Platter (including chorizo, blood sausage, chimichurri, and more), Asado Over Hardwood + Charcoal (including tri-tip, ribeye, skirt steak, and yams), and Traditional Vanilla Flan with whipped cream and dulce de leche.

The dinner starts at 6 p.m. and is $119 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
