Raise your whiskey glass! Old Town Scottsdale’s Bourbon & Bones Chophouse | Bar is set to open a second Valley location at San Tan Village in Gilbert.
The new Gilbert-based location is scheduled to open at San Tan Village in mid-January. Since 2016, Bourbon & Bones has delivered elegant-yet-unpretentious fine dining to Old Town diners.
Bourbon & Bones, from Square One Concepts, is known for its high-quality fine dining with a sommelier-curated wine selection, a cocktail program with both classic and inventive sips and Arizona’s largest collection of bourbon–all set in a vibrant yet intimate atmosphere. The San Tan location will boast a 1,500-bottle wine list and nearly 600 bourbon and whiskey varietals, including very rare options.
The star of the Bourbon & Bones menu is its la carte steak selection, including traditional wet-aged and dry-aged cuts. Favorites include the wagyu rib cap, bone-in filet mignon, a prime Tomahawk and much more. Other tasty options include crispy calamari, prime rib sliders, pan-seared scallops, Chilean sea bass and seared ahi tuna, to name a few.
The 6,750-sq.-ft. restaurant will feature a contemporary interior with a palette of white and gray tones. It will also have two dining rooms, in addition to a private dining room for up to 50 guests.
