RA Sushi
RA Sushi Bar and Restaurant, with locations in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Tucson, is known for its lively music, vibrant crowd, inventive cocktails and great sushi. Some of the signature sushi faves include the Tootsy Maki, Viva Las Vegas Roll and “RA” Lollipop. Some fun cocktails to try are the Dragon Bite, Samurai Cowboy and the Emperor’s Cucmberita.

Sapporo
Sapporo, located in North Scottsdale, has been a hotspot for professionals working in the Scottsdale Airpark for many years. This sushi restaurant is known for its fresh food, happy hour cocktails and vibrant nightlife atmosphere. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of premium sushi and Teppanyaki as well as classic and contemporary Asian specialties, such as Grilled Black Cod glazed in Miso; delicately fried Tempura, and even a spicy take on Hawaiian poki.

Roka Akor
Roka Akor, located in Scottsdale, was voted one of the top ten sushi spots in the U.S. by Bon Appétit Magazine. Roka Akor has a traditional Japanese robata grill that’s used as the primary cooking source as well as the focal point of the room. Signature Roka Akor dishes that are a must-try are the Kobe Beef and Kimchi Dumpling appetizer, the Chef’s Deluxe Sashimi Platte, the Dynamite Scallop Rol and the Rock Shrimp Tempura with Wasabi Peas and Sweet Chili Aioli.
