Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Gilbert added new dishes to their award-winning menu. The additions will feature more lighter, healthier options along with a handful of vegetarian and seafood dishes — from Buffalo Cauliflower, Artisan Hummus and Spinach & Berry Salad, to Roasted Chicken Primavera and Grilled Salmon Jambalaya, to name a few. But don’t worry, the classic favorites such as the Southern Fries, Tennessee Hot Slider and Fried Pickles will remain on the menu.
Artisan Hummus – roasted garlic hummus, olive tapenade, chilled veggies & grilled pita
Buffalo Cauliflower – spicy fried cauliflower, buffalo sauce and herb buttermilk dressing
Spinach & Berry Salad – fresh berries mixed with spinach salad blend, local goat’s cheese & raspberry vinaigrette topped with crispy onions & spiced pecans
BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad – grilled chicken breast, crisp bacon, sweet corn, cherry tomato, fresh cut romaine, dressed with herb buttermilk dressing
Roasted Chicken Primavera – herb roasted chicken breast served atop zucchini noodles with tomato & garlic, in a light lemon chardonnay broth
Grilled Ribeye – grilled ribeye topped with garlic herb butter, served with red potato mash & grilled broccolini
Salmon Jambalaya – cajun spiced salmon, vegetarian brown rice jambalaya with roasted cauliflower, spinach & tomato
Shaved Prime Rib Dip – thinly sliced steak, mushrooms, peppers & onions, melted provolone on a toasted baguette, served with au jus & creamy horseradish
Italian Grilled Cheese – three cheese, turkey, salami, mayo & italian vinaigrette on a toasted baguette, served with sweet pepper aioli
