From a rainbow-hued cake to a nightly light show, the recently transformed Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Phoenix in ringing in Pride Month in glorious fashion.
During the month-long celebration, the resort presents Iconic Love, In Color, a nightly five-minute rainbow light show at the just-opened Spire Bar, which is showcased from 9 to 10 p.m. every 15 minutes.
In addition, during the month of June, revelers can toast with the Bubbles & Oysters package (pictured at top of page), complete with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and a dozen oysters on the half-shell with fresh piquillo peppers and mango, by the adults-only Saguaro Pool and Spire Bar. For dessert, put a fork in the Cake, In Color special, available at Frank & Albert’s. The vanilla rainbow layer cake has fresh raspberries and is topped with white chocolate and gold luster dust. Also at Frank & Albert’s is the Love Makes the World Go Round specialty cocktail, with Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose, St. Germain, prosecco, a splash of grapefruit juice and finished with a rainbow sugar rim.
