On Saturday, July 29, FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar transform into the wizarding world of Harry Potter for a birthday celebration in honor of “the boy who lived!” Guests are invited to wear their finest dress robes or favorite Harry Potter-themed finery for this magical evening.
Dinner Menu:
Course One
Veritaserum — watermelon gazpacho, cucumber caviar and mint foam
Course Two
Gillyweed — seaweed salad, sweet plum dressing and tobiko
Course Three
Beguiling Bubbles — grapefruit gel, champagne bubbles and ginger sugar
Course Four
Reducto — mini Weasley’s Sunday roast, mini Yorkshire pudding, roasted tomato and pan jus
Course Five
Happy Birthday Harry Butterbeer Cake with spiced Italian buttercream
