Doc’s Beer & Cheese Pairing

Derek “Doc” Osborne, the Master Brewer and Cheese-tarian at Pedal Haus Brewery is hosting a hand-curated beer and cheese pairing on Thursday, Aug. 25 at the Chandler Pedal Haus location.
Doc will guide guests through a curated cheese and beer pairing, spotlighting unique and complex cheeses and Pedal Haus’ very own Haus-made beer. Guests will leave knowing a little bit more about craft beer, brewing, flavor pairings, and full of beer and cheese!
The event includes one “welcome” beer and five 6-ounce pours with five deliciously paired cheeses.
The menu includes:
Welcome beer: Day Drinker Light Lager
1st pairing: Mexican Amber with Kaasaggio Robusto Gouda, Boars Bead Bianco de oro Salami, cracker stack
2nd pairing: Bière Blanche Witbier with Boars Head Creamy Feta with a shaved fennel and citrus salad
3rd pairing: Belgian-style Tripel with Chimay Grand Reserve cheese, fresh honey glazed figs, cracker stack
Palette cleanser: Sourgaarten
4th pairing: Pilsner with Red Dragon, pickled seasonal vegetables
5th pairing: Haus IPA with Amarillo Hop infused Red Barber Sharp Cheddar
