Master Brewer Derek Osborne of Pedal Haus Brewery is teaming up with Food Network Chef Brett Vibber from WILD Arizona Cuisine to create a beer pairing dinner. The five-course dinner will be held on June 30 at the Pedal Haus location downtown starting at 6 p.m.
This is sure to be an unforgettable evening full of Arizona-crafted beers flawlessly paired with foraged and locally sourced dishes. A few things that will be served are – Wild mushroom potstickers paired with Mexican amber lager, Arizona Wagyu brisket, native grain stew and spring vegetables served with Haus IPA and a milk-bread pudding for dessert with a Belgian style triple beer.
