BELHAUS Gallery Uptown Phoenix Grand Opening Recption

Downtown BELHAUS Art Gallery is heading uptown as artist/owner, Gino Belassen, is set to expand with the all-new BELHAUS gallery in Uptown Phoenix. The public is invited to the first exhibition in this new space on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. for the Grand Opening Reception.

The tongue-in-cheek group show, titled “Bad Optics”, will feature original work from artists Davey Leavitt, Sherri Belassen, Henry Leo Schoebel, Vincent Chung, Colt Seager, and more. The opening reception will also include a selection of wines from Postino WineCafe, in honor of the collaborative Nevermind Rosé wine label Gino created for the restaurant group earlier this year.

The opening show, “Bad Optics,” will run through Oct. 28.

BELHAUS and Framed Ewe will have the same operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm), but on Fridays and Saturdays, BELHAUS will have a dedicated representative of the gallery present from 11am to 3pm. The Grand Opening Reception on Saturday, Oct. 7 will be free and open to the public.
