Merrymakers can celebrate Mardi Gras week at Scottsdale’s luxury desert hideaway, on Saturday, Feb. 10, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The annual Mardi Gras Jazz Brunch will be held at the outdoor terrace of the Grill Kitchen & Bar at the Boulders Resort and will include a live, traditional-style New Orleans Band.
Specialty dishes include New Orleans Style Gumbo with Dirty Rice; Bourbon Street Pasta Salad; Chilled Royal Red Shrimp with Remoulade and Spring Chicory Leaves; Cajun Seafood Boil with Mussels, Crab, Prawns, and Crawfish; Carved Delmonico Steak with Bearnaise; Scallop Creole with Trinity Rice and Creole Sauce; Creole Spiced Egg Benedict; Duck Roasted Potato Hash with Duck Confit and Caramelized Onion; and Crème Fraiche Mashed Potatoes. Mouthwatering desserts include Bananas Foster, Traditional King Cake, Bread Pudding and warm Beignets.
