The Spirits of Mexico Culture & Tourism Fest

The Spirits of Mexico Culture & Tourism Fest is coming to Heritage Square in Downtown Phoenix on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 3, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event promises to connect the audience with Mexico’s culture, flavors and traditions while promoting sustainable international tourism within Mexico.

Guests can enjoy agave spirits Tequila & Mezcal + Sotol, an emerging spirit from the Chihuahua Desert, as well as many other tequila, mezcal, and sotol spirits. The event will also feature live entertainment including a Mariachi band, Ballet Folklorico, and fine art from Mata Ortiz pottery.

The event will be put on by Imex Live Events, a woman-owned, local small business whose mission is to bring Mexican culture, sustainable tourism and traditions to others interested in exploring Mexico.

Tickets are $50 and includes a recycled glass engraved shot glass, 10 sample tickets to taste the Spirits, access to the festival area, activities, and an option to register for a cooking class. Food is sold separately.
