First job: I worked in the children’s department of Montgomery Ward in Odessa, TX during high school. This is where I first learned the importance of customer service.
Favorite AZ restaurant: Café Monarch because every meal is superior. I also love the wine pairings at Restaurant Progress.
Person who has impacted your life the most: My grandparents. I spent a lot of time with them growing up. One summer we took a road trip through 11 states. They always gave me their time, attention, and support, and taught me most of what I know about life, family, success and business.
Your biggest accomplishment in your eyes: Starting my own law firm – Kierman Law – in 2017. It took a lot of courage for me to leave my previous law firm, where I was a partner, to venture out on my own and start with a clean slate of clients and networking contacts.
The biggest obstacle you have overcome: Time is a finite resource. There’s never enough time in the day to do everything a professional working mother has to do!
Someone who inspires you: Ruth Bader Ginsberg because she was a powerful female lawyer.

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Own your own career and success; don’t do it for anyone else and don’t let anyone else be in the driver’s seat.
