Ling and Louie's

Restaurant of the Week: Ling & Louie’s

Whether for a crowd-pleasing family meal or a casual night out with friends, Ling & Louie’s dishes up modern Asian cuisine with something for everyone. This month, the restaurant is even hosting a special offer for dine-in guests.

At its locations in Scottsdale and Chandler, Ling & Louie’s has become a Valley favorite for its modern Asian cuisine and family-friendly atmosphere. All month long, the restaurant has a tempting offer for its diners via “Wok In, Take Out”: Guests who dine in and order an entrée can buy a second entrée for half off to-go. Need a little help deciding which dishes to dig into? Here are our favorites.

The honey walnut shrimp is a decadent combo of crispy shrimp, broccoli and mushrooms topped with a creamy honey sauce and candied walnuts. It hits the spot with its sweet and savory flavors and crown of crunchy walnuts. For those wanting a spicier spread, the Firecracker Chicken, featuring crispy chicken, broccoli and red bell and shishito peppers, is sure to please risk-taking taste buds, thanks to its Thai chili-coconut sauce.

New Wave Pad Thai

Curry lovers will devour the Evil Jungle Princess dish, brimming with fresh veggies, Thai basil, mint and a delicious peanut-curry sauce. You can pick your protein, too. For those who can’t make up their mind, the Singapore Street Noodles has a little bit of everything: pork, chicken, shrimp and fresh veggies over thin vermicelli. The dish is finished with sake soy sauce.

The biggest crowd pleaser on the menu might just be the orange peel chicken. The colorful concoction of crispy chicken, spinach and sweet citrus-chili soy is a no-frills but flavor-packed dish. Fresh slices of orange bring home the fresh, vibrant taste.

While “Wok In, Take Out” is available to dine-in guests only, take-out and delivery is also available. Ling & Louie’s is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Starting Thursday, Sept. 10, Ling and Louie’s is launching an exciting addition its offerings with Ghost Street Asian Taqueria. Ghost Street Asian Taqueria is a virtual restaurant that specializes in Asian-inspired street tacos and more, providing a fresh take on everybody’s favorite hand-held food by using modern Asian flavors with the wonder of tacos. The concept was created for people and families on-the-go who want convenient wholesome food without compromising quality ingredients or taste.
