Drawing inspiration from the South of France, FRANCINE is a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant located in the luxury wing at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The Mediterranean restaurant is the brain child of acclaimed restaurateur Laurent Halasz, who is best known for his successful FIG & OLIVE. FRANCINE’s kitchen is led by Valley native and classically French trained Chef Brian Archibald. Archibald brings more than three decades of culinary leadership experience, including tenures at some of the Valley’s finest restaurants and resorts.

FRANCINE’s 5,000-sq.-ft. space features floor-to-ceiling windows, unique artwork, a rustic fireplace, and a marble bar.
The menu at FRANCINE showcases flavor profiles and coastal cuisine that you might find the French Riviera, but the flavors will change seasonally. The menu is fairly extensive, making it a great spot to return to try new dishes.

For starters, we highly recommend the steak tartare with lemon aioli, pickled mustard seeds, crispy shallots and egg yolk and the salmon carpaccio with citrus and picholine olives.

For entrees, the bone marrow pasta is a fan favorite as well as the crab ravioli. The striped bass with lemon, eggplant and Picholine olives and the steak frites with shallot-tarragon bernaise, fines herbs are great protein options as well. There are also salads and pizzas to choose from.

If you can save room for dessert, choose from an apple tart, flourless chocolate cake, olive oil cake or chocolate pot de creme.
FRANCINE has also added weekend brunch and weekday lunch. Brunch and lunch begin at 11am and dinner begins at 5pm.
