Pizza Date Night

Every second Wednesday of each month, the Queen Creek Olive Mill has a table for two waiting for you at their Pizza Date Night! Enjoy an intimate evening of pizza-making and wine sipping at the Mill while Chef Adrienne guides you through a three-course culinary experience.

Guests will learn techniques for making the perfect pizza dough and crust, tossing, and all while enjoying professionally paired wine with each course. Attendees will also be welcome to 10% off all QCOM branded retail items and 50% off an autographed cookbook the night of the class.

The complete three-course menu includes:

First Course – Seasonal Salad
Second Course – Pizza
Sauces: Tomato, Pesto, Orto Boom or EVOO for White Pizza
Toppings: Pepperoni, Sausage, Salami, Chicken, Artichoke, Basil, Olives, Mushroom, Red Onion, Pistachio, Red Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Broccolini, Fresno Chili
