The main course will include roasted turkey with gravy, cornbread and Andouille stuffing, marshmallow yams, orange-scented green beans, mashed potatoes and cranberry relish. Blue Sage at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix is offering a Thanksgiving buffet, served from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on November 24. The buffet will feature maple-glazed ham, herb-rubbed New York Strip, slow-roasted turkey, salmon wellington, shrimp, crab, stuffed French toast, quiche, cavatappi and penne pasta and made-to-order omelet station. The cost is $65 per adult and $32.50 for children ages 12 and under.
Tuscany, a restaurant featuring hand-crafted pastas, will offer a Thanksgiving menu featuring rotisserie turkey breast and deep fried dark meat turkey served with sage gravy and cranberry compote; a Scottish salmon with lemon beurre blanc; or a New York Strip with green peppercorn jus. Desserts will include a pumpkin spice crème brulee with a warm winter spiced cake, maple pecan brittle and brown butter ice cream. Offered from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on November 24, the Tuscany Thanksgiving dinner is $49 for adults and $24.50 for children ages 12 and under.
Meritage Steakhouse at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix will be serving a holiday prix fixe dinner. The Thanksgiving menu offers roasted turkey breast, cedar plank wild salmon or house-smoked Brandt prime rib. The Thanksgiving menu at Meritage Steakhouse will be offered from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. on November 24. The cost is $59 for adults and $29.50 for children ages 12 and under.
Cafe ZuZu will will be serving their full ala carte dinner menu beginning at noon in addition to a 3-course Holiday dinner menu which includes a choice of starters, Red Bird Farms roasted turkey with all the trimmings and wonderful homemade pies. Bistro 24 at Ritz-Carlton in Phoenix is offering a Thanksgiving buffet that features a cured fish station and ice sculpture seafood display, soups and salads, assorted domestic artisanal meats, chef hosted omelet station, hand rolled sushi, carving stations with all natural Berkshire ham, Salt crusted Prime Rib and Slow Roasted Turkey. The buffet will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The cost is $80 per person, $40 for children ages 3-12.
BLT Steak at Camelback Inn is offering a special Thanksgiving Day Menu that includes Roasted Amish Turkey Breast, Stuffed Leg, Giblet Sage Dressing, Garlic Swiss Chard; Smoked Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Bone Marrow, Burgundy Truffle; Pan Seared Tiger Prawns, Parsley Root, House-Made Prawn Chorizo, Citrus Broth.
Bourbon Steak at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is offering a three-course menu for $53 for Thanksgiving. The menu begins with butternut squash veloute with sugar pie ravioli, Parmesan and sage. The main course is a heritage turkey dinner with duck fat fried breast and leg confit, with savory bread stuffing, Bourbon-pecan yams and brown sage gravy. Dessert is apple gallete with cranberry fritters and pecan ice cream. The regular menu will also be available.
Carefree Station is offering a three-course, prix-fixe menu that includes a variety of Thanksgiving favorites, with Carefree Station’s special twist. Entrée choices include Seared Turkey Breast and Braised Confit of Drumsticks or Slow Roasted Prime Rib, paired with a variety of side dishes.
