Tuscany, an Italian restaurant at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, will be serving an Easter brunch menu on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012. The Easter brunch menu will include an antipasti buffet, a choice of entrees with paired sides and a dessert grand buffet. This Easter brunch will be offered from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will cost $45 for adults and $22.50 for children under 12 years old.
Blue Sage at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix is offering a festive Easter grand buffet on April 8, 2012. This Easter brunch will feature a fruit station with seasonal fruit and berries; cold buffet offering smoked salmon and a variety of salads; a hot buffet with sausages, Belgian waffles, blue corn pancakes and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes; omelet stations with cooked-to-order eggs from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; pasta station starting at 2 p.m.; and a carving station of maple glazed ham, herb rubbed New York strip steak and salmon wellington and sushi roll station.There will also be an array of desserts including Cold Stone ice cream with waffle cones and sauces. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, with four locations in the Valley, will be offering an Easter brunch on Sunday, April 8, 2012. Brunch hours on April 8, Easter Sunday, are 11:30 AM to 3 PM. The prix fixe menu, offering mouth-watering choices in each course, is $34.95 per person with a children’s version for $16.95. Blood Orange Fizz, a new brunch cocktail bright with citrus flavors, is offered at a special price of $6.95. Fleming’s traditional ala carte menu will also be available. They will also offer a children’s menu for those under 12 years old that comes with an entree, dessert and beverage.
Roaring Fork in Scottsdale hosts a gourmet Easter Brunch with a rugged western edge by Executive Chef, Bryan Hulihee on Sunday, April 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The buffet style menu features a selection of breakfast items, signature side dishes, hearty entrees and tasty desserts. The cost is $29 per person. Mimosas and Bloody Mary cocktails will be available for $5.00 each.
ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale will serve Easter Brunch from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 8. 2012. featuring the regular menu.
