Whether in dire need of some pampering ahead of a night out, or revitalization from the night before, AWAY Spa at W Scottsdale is the go-to place to re-charge. The spa features a variety of customized treatments ranging from traditional deep tissue massages to makeup and hair and an innovative Spa After Dark Concept featuring spa-driven cocktails, glow-in-the-dark treatments and DJ-fueled tunes.
Located on the first floor of W Scottsdale, the AWAY® Spa Scottsdale includes seven treatment rooms, a Coed lounge, men and women’s locker rooms featuring dual steam showers, and a beauty lounge featuring three manicure stations and hair styling stalls and two hair washing stations. Guests who book a stay in W Scottsdale’s signature Spa Suite can unwind with AWAY Spa services delivered direct to the privacy of their room.
The AWAY Spa is bright, beautiful and modern, starting with check-in, which doubles as a four-stool bar serving up signature cocktails and specialty drinks made with local ingredients, and a curated food menu to savor pre-treatment. Each spa therapy service, whether a facial, massage or body peel, begins with a signature W opening ritual to prepare the body for ultimate pampering. The AWAY Spa also features a “Secret Menu” that can be accessed via secret code and delivered word-of-mouth to VIP’s.
One of our favorite things about AWAY Spa is the Spa After Dark concept. Ideal for groups, bachelorette parties and Girls’ Night Out, this service lets guests rent out the AWAY Spa for a night of over-the-top pampering. Set the mood with a live DJ, sip juice-fueled cocktails and bottomless bubbly, indulge in face, beauty and body treatments. Keep the party going with a special nibbles menu including sushi rolls, acai bowls, charcuterie, tacos and inventive cocktails. Spa After Dark is available daily from 8PM-10PM. Pricing starts from $1,000 to reserve the spa for exclusive use, with food, cocktails and DJ entertainment available at an additional charge. The $1,000 rental fee includes a free treatment for every fourth guest.
