Local Gyms Offering Virtual Workouts at Home

With the Arizona governor ordering all gyms to close (in all counties with confirmed cases of the virus), many of the local gyms are offering their members virtual workouts they can do at home.

Studio of Tens

Studio of Tens in Scottsdale is offering a live Zoom workout everyday at 10am (alternates between yoga and barre). For existing members it’s free. Nonmembers can sign on via MindBody for a virtual drop-in for $10 or one month unlimited for $40. Unlimited members will have access to a recorded version of the classes to watch at their convenience if they are unable to make the live class.


BODI in Old Town Scottsdale is uploading a new workout daily that can be accessed on their website. The workouts will include a demonstration video of each of the moves and you will then complete the workout on you own. There will also be live Zoom workouts daily that can also be later accessed by members. The cost is $40 per month for unlimited access.

Modern Yoga

Modern Yoga in Scottsdale is live streaming 3 classes per day via Zoom. Classes can be booked online through the website. Non-members can purchase a membership or a drop-in pass to access the classes.


CycleBar members have access to CycleBarGO, an online portal with full-body workouts, anytime, anywhere. Many of the studios are also posting Instagram Live class videos daily that anyone can access for free.

Cardio Club Phoenix

Cardio Club is offering a variety of daily cardio-strength workouts that range from Cardio Full Body Strength, Vanity Day (Shredded Arms & Abs), Kickboxing, Cardio Glutes Legs & Abs, Cardio Mobility and Quick HIIT. Each class has fun music and motivating instructors that bring high energy to each workout but with modifications for all fitness levels. Livestream drop-ins are $12 and an unlimited livestream classes membership is only $69 and includes recorded replays so you can workout on your schedule and save your favorites. On Monday 3/30, they are launching a 21-Day Home Workout Challenge that includes accountability, fitness and nutrition guidance, daily workouts delivered to your email, personalized guidance on form, and more.

The Body Lab

The Body Lab, a local Pilates studio with locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale, is taking to Instagram stories to share workouts with members to keep them healthy and active. The public can access these workouts through The Body Lab Instagram.


YogaSix in Scottsdale is offering classes through their online portal. These classes are included in memberships, new member can get their first week for just $20. Non-members can pay $25 for single class access. There are also live interactive classes being held through Zoom.

Mountainside Fitness

Mountainside Fitness is making at-home workouts available through the Mountainside App and their website. This will allow guests to continue workouts through live group fitness classes, provided daily workouts and more. These workouts are available to both members and nonmembers.

Village Health Clubs & Spas

Village Health Clubs & Spas are offering free livestream classes for at-home workouts on both their Facebook and Instagram pages. These are free and available to the public.

CIVANA Resort & Spa

CIVANA Resort & Spa in Carefree is offering free wellness recipes and culinary classes as well workouts and mindful stress management tools that the community can use to stay active, nourished and inspired.

Burn Boot Camp Paradise Valley

Burn Boot Camp Paradise Valley is offering free access to live at home workouts. You can sign-up for a free 30 day trial membership at their Grand Opening coming soon and gain complimentary access now to the virtual boot camps.
