Three new tenants have been announced to join the lineup at Epicenter, the vertically integrated mixed-use community and retail destination in Gilbert’s Agritopia. Manor apparel (pictured), urbAna celebrations store and Why I Love Where I Live will open at Epicenter in Fall 2022.
Epicenter’s Manor will be the follow up to the Arizona business’ Uptown Plaza location in the heart of Phoenix. Marking its third Valley location, urbAna is a sophisticated boutique and go-to home store known for its curated luxury gifts, artisan decor items, party goods and decorations, and designer furnishings. Tucson’s own Why I Love Where I Live retail boutique focuses on unique gifts and locally made goods that celebrate the surrounding areas.
The first of Epicenter’s retailers are slated to open to the public beginning in the second quarter of 2022. Manor, urbAna and Why I Love Where I Live will join Beer Barn, barre3, Peixoto and Undertow as some of the center’s first openings.
Sitting above the Main Street-style retail destination is The Tyler at Epicenter, which has 320 luxury apartment homes. Leasing is well underway with the first residents calling The Tyler home in January 2022.
