  2. You have got to be kidding me !!!! Cupcakes of Scottsdale, located at the HIlton village? Most disappointing cupcake experience ….EVER ! Horribly stale cupcake & the frosting was so hard, I could not put my fork into it without using some effort. The shop was empty, this should have been my first sign to turn around & walk out. Unforntunately, I let my sweet tooth get the better of me…the worst part, it had no flavor. Won’t be back again. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
