Join the L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum and the world’s largest Harley Davidson Dealership, for an afternoon of music, BBQ and fun with the inaugural 4XB – BIKERS.BAND.BBQ.BEER event on March 27 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The ticket price includes entry, entertainment and BBQ plate.
Advanced tickets are $25, at the door $30.
The L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum was originally opened in 1989. Its focus is to explore how the history of this region and present-day lives are connected. As visitors journey through the museum and its exhibits showcases the ways desert dwellers – from the ancient Hohokam and the Yavapai to early ranchers and modern-day settlers – found ways to create an oasis in the Verdes, which is now Fountain Hills.
The global pandemic provided an opportunity for the museum to embark on a $100,000 remodel, where the interior space has been reimagined with interactive displays, increased interpretive elements and expanded stories.
The 4XB event is a fundraising event for the L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum with monies earmarked for expanded programming including the Fort McDowell Yavapai Tour and kids summer camp program.
