Papago Brewing Company’s Belgian Fest

Belgian beer fans unite! Papago Brewing Company is pulling all the stops on Saturday, Nov. 11 by bringing in Belgian imports and limited American beers that would make the old Papago monk smile with glee at their first-annual Belgian Fest. The specialty brews will be available all day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There will also be Belgian food specials as part of the event, including:
Carbonnade Beef and Beer Stew ($13) – Made with Belgian ale, beef, onions, bay leaf and thyme, this is a hearty recipe with wonderful flavor notes. Served in a bread bowl.
Flammkuchen ($14) – German pizza with bacon and onions.
Charcuterie Plate ($12) – Red Dragon mustard-infused cheddar, Smokey Moody Blue Cheese, Prairie Breeze sharp cheddar, Genoa Salami, spicy brown mustard and crackers.
