Phoestival of Health

From the minds behind the beloved holiday market, Phoestivus, Community Food Connections (CFC), in collaboration with the Phoenix Bioscience Core (PBC), is excited to announce a free, family-friendly event, Phoestival of Health. The new event is set to take place on Saturday, April 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market location.

During regular farmers market hours, the Phoestival of Health will offer a diverse range of activities and attractions throughout morning and afternoon, followed by a ticketed dinner experience in the evening. Attractions include cooking demos, engaging presentations by experts covering topics ranging from sustainability and nutrition to health and wellness. Attendees can also partake in STEM activities with the Arizona Science Center and interact with an array of health vendors, in addition to the familiar farmers market lineup. A Vitalant blood drive will also be organized onsite to give attendees the opportunity to participate in donating to the local blood donation center.

The Phoestival of Health is a free event and open to the public with donations to Community Food Connections accepted at points of entry.
