On Friday, April 12, just a week before Taylor Swift’s new album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” is set to release on April 19, FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar are paying homage to the pop icon’s Eras Tour with a themed dinner.
Inspired by the extensive catalog highlighted on her current tour, the Taylor Swift Eras Themed Dinner will feature a five-course culinary journey. Taylor Swift’s Greatest Hits Menu will be served and includes:
Champagne Problems — Champagne and Parmesan Gougeres, Blackberry Compote
Love Story — Deep Fried Spaghetti and Meatball featuring a beef and pork meatball fried inside of spaghetti “shell” with San Marzano tomato sauce
Mastermind — Dark Chocolate Mole and Portobello Taco featuring roasted portobello, coriander yogurt crema, roasted piquillo peppers, lime cured onions and brocamole
Last Great American Dynasty — Mughlai Chicken Biryani made with aged Basmati rice, toasted almonds and golden raisins
Style — Candied Cherry Red “Lips” with chocolate cherry mousse and rainbow sugar
Guest can also enjoy a screening of the “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” concert movie and indulge in Taylor trivia, games and prizes from the vault.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and dinner begins at 7 p.m.
