Your biggest accomplishment and why: I would have to say being married to my beautiful wife of 36 years. We have three amazing kids and nine awesome grandchildren.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Keep operating our business for over 25 years.
Someone who inspires you and why: My parents. They raised me to be a great person with love and generosity. They taught me to have a strong work ethic and integrity and to love God first.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: They would need to have passion and grit for the service industry, work their tails off every day, embrace their team and dream big to achieve great things.
