J&G Steakhouse
All summer long at The Phoenician’s renowned J&G Steakhouse, guests can enjoy a $65 three-course prix-fixe menu while taking in the stunning sunset views over Camelback Mountain. Available every night the restaurant is open, this special menu includes your choice of these mouthwatering entrees: slowed-cooked salmon, roasted blackened free-range chicken, or prime top sirloin cap steak frites. Desserts include passion fruit pavlova with crisp meringue, warm chocolate cake or an assortment of sorbets and ice cream. This special menu is valid through Sept. 5, 2023.
Mowry & Cotton
Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Mowry & Cotton is also offering a three-course prix-fixe dinner menu this summer for just $45 per person. Dishes on this special menu include a summer market salad, veal and black garlic meatballs, citrus-herb game hen, Scottish salmon and Kurobuta ribs. The meal is complete with a refreshing dessert – choose from raspberry chocolate pot de crème, crème fraiche cheesecake or assorted gelato and fruit sorbet. This special menu is valid through Sept. 5, 2023.
The Phoenician Tavern
Throughout summer at The Phoenician Tavern, enjoy a burger and beer with a complimentary chips and salsa starter for just $25. Choose from the classic Tavern burger, a vegan black bean burger or a salmon burger with a soy-ginger glaze. The draft beer options include Four Peaks Hazy IPA, Mother Road Tower Station and Huss Arizona Light, to name a few. This special menu is valid through Sept. 5, 2023.
In addition to a great meal, The Phoenician Tavern is also offering summer entertainment with Dueling Pianos on Saturday nights from 8 to 10 p.m. and all day happy hour Tuesday – Thursday.
Dive-In Movies
Every Saturday at 7:45 p.m. at The Phoenician’s Mother of Pearl Pool, hotel guests can enjoy a family-friendly movie. The Marketplace will offer pizza and snacks to be picked up on the way to the movie, and bar and beverage service will be available poolside. Contact the concierge for the week’s featured film.
