Valentine’s Day at Hotel Valley Ho

Whether a luxurious meal or a swoon-worthy spa day (or both!) is in the cards for romance, Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale has you covered this Valentine’s Day.

Kick off Valentine’s Day at Hotel Valley Ho with a sumptuous spread from Executive Chef Russell LaCasce at ZuZu. From 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, sweethearts can dig into the restaurant’s seasonal menu (with favorites like diver scallops, bone-in short ribs and bacon-wrapped dates) alongside a variety of featured dishes.

On Valentine’s Day only, Chef LaCasce will dish up hot and cold oysters; black truffle- and foie gras-stuffed quail (with beetroot purĆ©e, fennel, endives and red wine reduction); pan-seared sea bass (with tomato saffron broth, pearl onion, heirloom baby tomatoes and crispy peewee potatoes); and a 12-oz. dry-aged New York strip (with maitre d’hotel butter, grilled asparagus, dauphin potatoes and romesco).
