Easter is just around the corner which means egg hunts, candy, Easter Bunny pictures… and brunch! Check out our list of the best places for Easter brunch this year.


Elements at Sanctuary
The prix-fixe Easter Brunch at elements, offered from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., is $80 per person or $90 with sparkling wine ($25 for children ages 6-12), plus tax, gratuity and beverages. The menu includes an amuse of Maine Lobster Bisque with cognac and tarragon crème and a choice of beginnings like Foie Gras Sticky Bun with toasted pecans, tokaji jelly and black truffle, and Baked Oysters Dynamite with bloomside spinach, Dungeness crab, Chinese sausage and sesame sauce. Entrée choices include BBQ Shrimp n’ Grits with Anson Mills cheddar grits, fried egg, chorizo broth and tomato jam, Korean Fried Chicken with bacon waffle, banh mi pickles, and red dragon sauce, and Lobster Benedict with poached eggs, shaved ham, toasted English muffin, and lobster hollandaise, among other options. The Views at Sanctuary
Easter Brunch Buffet in The Views, offered 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., is $65 per person ($20 for children ages 6-12) plus tax, gratuity and beverages. The buffet menu features glorious spreads including artisanal bread, cheese and dessert displays, an omelet station, a carving board with Roasted Easter Ham with pineapple sticky glaze and fresh biscuits as well as Mustard Herb Crusted Leg of Lamb with rosemary and garlic jus. These are complemented by scrumptious plates including Orecchiette Pasta with Lobster, Shrimp and Crab, Cognac Bananas Foster French Toast with chantilly crème and rum caramel, and Pan Seared Salmon with organic spinach, capers and lemon, among others. Roaring Fork
Roaring Fork hosts a gourmet Easter Brunch with a rugged western edge by Executive Chef, Santiago Estrada on Sunday, April 5th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The buffet style menu offers a bread table, savory cold & hot item station, egg & meat carving tables with Ham and Roast Beef as well as a tasty dessert station. The mouth-watering culinary experience will include a variety of food stations, an assortment of artisan breads and pastries, fresh squeezed juices and bloody Mary bar. Sierra Bonita Grill Easter Brunch
On Easter Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sierra Bonita Grill will be serving its signature Southwestern brunch dishes, plus specials that have been created for the occasion. Popular selections include the Southwestern Benedict: panko crusted eggs atop green chile beer biscuits, topped with Cure 81 Ham, and roasted poblano hollandaise, served with roasted root vegetables ($14). Paul Martin’s American Grill Easter Brunch
On Easter Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Paul Martin’s American Grill will be offering a prix fixe brunch menu featuring three courses and a beverage. For only $16 per person, get fresh baked millet drop biscuits with creamy honey butter, a fresh fruit bowl, a choice of one entrée, plus an alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverage. Select from a variety of entree choices, including French Toast with vanilla bean infused cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple-bourbon syrup. A traditional Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, canadian bacon, and housemade hollandaise sauce.
