Scottsdale 4th of July returns for its ninth year to deliver patriotic family entertainment capped off by one of Arizona’s largest fireworks displays from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Family entertainment includes the Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show of “America’s Got Talent” fame; face painting; dancing; a bull-riding rodeo in the Equidome; and even appearances by the stars of Encanto.
